Graduate Coaching Event
On Friday, I spoked at another Career Fair about employability, interview preparation and how to get the job that’s right for you! Graduates who had in their majority some work experience seemed a little pessimistic about finding work in Spain.
Demand of Graduate Coaching globally has risen. I believe that transitioning from University to entry level jobs is more and more challenging. The reality is that a majority of graduates end up being underemployed or taking up positions that do not even require a degree. They also end up in careers they don’t really like. A majority quit within the first 2 years, after realising that the job isn’t right for them.

I talked about how essential it is to find out about what drives you and motivates you to thrive. I talked about uncovering values and skills. Discovering a career preference is key and the most important decision you will take.
The rest was mostly about practical questions, like how to present a CV, how to prepare for interviews and how to apply for jobs.
